Problems voting from AOL?

A bunch of people who are on AOL have told me they can't vote for our podcast here at podcast alley, because it says they have already voted this month (even though they haven't.) Does anyone know if there is some problem specific to voting from AOL?

The problem is AOL uses a pool of IP addresses and once a user signs off, they assign the IP to someone else. So even though the person may be different, the IP may be the same, and someone may have voted from that IP.

This was a problem as far back as a year ago from what I understand.

Not only that, but AOL also uses web proxy servers, so that Podcast Alley's web requests may appear to be from these proxies, rather than the individual users.
