I'm been podcasting now for a little over six months and decided to take a few tentative steps into the world of vidcasting. I uploaded a couple of public domain cartoons and my stats started climbing—but these vidcasts were taking up almost the four times the average storage space of a typical podcast. Of course I didn't want to pay my podcast provider more money for more storage. My Cheap Solution: I found a freebee vid/podcast provider (Clickcaster). Named my fledgling vidcast: 'Cinesnob's Camp Cartoons', hoping that piece of 60's argot ("Camp" as in: Something that's considered to be amusing because it's so old that it's new) would be remembered by the downloading public. Uploaded a cartoon into Clickcaster's storage and then it downloaded without a hitch. That was too easy…
