I am thinking of starting up a podcast wich is going to contain mainly bootlegs from rock concersts...(recorded by fans)
Maybe use some matrerial that has been broadcasted by a radiostation or TV....
Can someone please explain to me how legal this will be???
sorry if I posted in wrong place...

Depending on the band (if you have their permission) it should be ok. But if you're playing a bootleg of a Rolling Stone concert then THAT would be vey illegal.

Well it is going to be Iron Maiden...I know they dont care to much about people trading their bottlegs in any form....
Their singer have even said at concerts that the audience are allowed to record them and trade with all their friends....
Could perhaps their recordlable do me somthing if they knew what I was doing?

If they are trade friendly you are probably OK. Don't do AdSense or Amazon Referrers or other commercial things to keep the freely traded thing unquestioned.
An Iron Maiden Bootleg Podcast. THAT my friends is the reason I love podcasting right there. Be sure and announce your feed.
