i have downloaded 6 podcasts and i can only see 2 of the 6 podcast on my ipod video.
how do i fix this problem

The folks that put them together may not have used the right specs for MP4 video.
You can fix this yourself and help them play on your iPod by selecting the troublesome 'cast in iTunes, and then from the "Advanced Menu," and choose "Convert Selection for iPod." Once it's done, you should then be able to load it and watch it in your iPod.
As a courtesy, because the folks putting it together would probably like to know about it, you might want to email the producers and let them know their 'cast isn't working on your Video iPod.
