I'm shameless I jumped on that thread too ;)- Gee another directory to get in. Guess I better apply. Also I have noticed I'm showing up in directories I never submitted to. Considering I just thought I was in itunes and the pickle.

Looks like the server crashed so everyone "Dead Link"ed it off the site. Oh well.

Podguide.tv is up again, though. Too bad it got taken off Digg's front page (although I can understand why), but it's getting a good amount of Diggs!

Man, was THAT a wild and crazy ride.
I'm not sure exactly why our server collapsed - I have another site on the same server that regularly gets that kind fo traffic, and it usually holds up. I suspect it's the way the "subscribe" buttons work that overloaded it. We were only down for about 10 minutes, but that was all it took to get scrubbed from the main section of Digg. Oh well. Myabe it's time to upgrade from a $7.95 a month shared hosting plan :)
It'll be interesting to see what kind of effect that has, if any, on Apple. A few of the podcasts listed are already higher in the iTMS overnight - my rudimentary tracking si showing we've sent Cali at least another 500 subscribers - but my main issue was that none of the videos were listed in the section that I suspect is most trafficked - the one behind the big ole button that says "Video Podcasts".
It'd be weird if the post ended up being wildy innacurate because of itself :)
Thanks to all you podcasters for the support - email me if you want us to consider you for the site, but entry (or a good review) is not automatic. And your feed has to be IPOD-COMPATIBLE.
