is there a way to use bitorrent to dsitribute podcasts? if not i think someone should make an app that can handle this as there must loads of people that simply can't aford the bandwidth eg. me and other students. i know could create the torrent manualy but then people would have to download manualy aswell which isn't ideal.

I could be wrong here:

1. Enclose .torrent files in an rss feed.
2. set your aggregator to put those files into a 'special' folder.
3. set azureus to load torrents from that folder (might need a plug-in)

You have a good idea, by the way. Especially for an independent film company to release features.
