I am setting up my own RSS feed. I have the XML working fine and iTunes loads my MP3s fine. However, I just tried to load an M4B file and iTunes acts as if it does not exist. Here is what I have done to test:
Tested the file locally and QuickTime plays it fine.
Tried to access the file directly through a URL and get a 404 error.
Change the extension to MP3 and access via URL and it finds the file but QuickTime throws a format error.
I assume this has something to do with M4B being an Apple protected format and I am doing this outside of the iTunes Music Store.
Any ideas on my problem?
Thanks
