I am setting up my own RSS feed. I have the XML working fine and iTunes loads my MP3s fine. However, I just tried to load an M4B file and iTunes acts as if it does not exist. Here is what I have done to test:

Tested the file locally and QuickTime plays it fine.
Tried to access the file directly through a URL and get a 404 error.
Change the extension to MP3 and access via URL and it finds the file but QuickTime throws a format error.

I assume this has something to do with M4B being an Apple protected format and I am doing this outside of the iTunes Music Store.

Any ideas on my problem?
Thanks

why don't you link it here and maybe we could fix it?

Can't post it since it is restricted material, which is odd to begin with.
I think I will just use mp3 and get rid of the chapter markers.
Thanks
