Help with working on a rss feed

I am trying to find out the lenght of my mp3 file I have finished recording. I need to input the lenght on the rss feed. How can I find the length? I have tried everything, I think. Help please

If you're using windows, right click on the file in your file explorer, and click properties. There you should find the exact file size in bytes.
