My PA vote button - need help

I'm finally listed here at Podcast Alley! Woohoo! But on my site, my Vote button isn't working. Can anyone see what's wrong with it?

Did you fix something? I was able to get to your PA page with both links (blog entry and PA badge) and was able to vote with no problems.

I took out the form with the email submission field and replaced it with a straight link with an image. I'd like to use the form that I posted so people can just enter their email address and skip a step. I don't like having anything on the site that doesn't work, that's why I changed it temporarily.
