I have to wonder how well Stern will do on satellite radio. Half the fun was to see how far he could push the envelope on radio and not get fined. Or to be there for the show where he was fined. If he's on satellite radio and has no fear of the FCC I question how outrageous his shows will actually be.

Part of his appeal was not being able to go all out. Sometimes a bleep can be funnier than hearing the actual swearing. There is humor in not being able to go all out. If Family Guy had no restrictions, would the show still be as funny, or would it just be 30 minutes of vulgarity?
