iPod minis continue to be a hot item, even though they've been discontinued and replaced with more powerful models. Owners of minis in good condition may be able to sell their used iPods, purchase brand new nanos and have some money to spare.
While iPod nanos offer better screens and the promise of better reliability, minis continue to be a hot item because of their style, colors and capacity.
