Is there a service that you can sign up for that will track the number of downloads of your show? Or something I can install on my site? I want a way to record how many people are downloading each of my episode.

no one needs to help...well if you have better than typical awstats ye but i showed him how to use the built in things

If you have a libsyn account, this is automatically integrated into each account, just lick on the STATS tab. But if not, you can use a site like STATCOUNTER, and just place the javascript from statcounter in your download processor for each show id or something if you have a php based download launch.

where do you have your files hosted?
most hosts have already have stats built in
