are .xml files automatically refreshed?

We are new to podcasting, and have a funny show up called the Dr. John and Dr. Lorne show...details at

now, my question is I created an .xml file and submitted it for show 1 which worked out great.
I now have show 2 , and the .xml (the Original file I submitted to podcastalley) edited so that show 2 is in the code now as well.
Does podcastalley refresh my profile so that it will read the new .xml file and hopefully show 2 will appear....or do I have to resubmit everytime I do a new episode?

Ususally once you supply a feed to a directory they do periodic checks to pull down new show info.
