My ride crapped out. I had planned on going on Friday, and if my friend wasn’t too bored, try to drag her on long enough to give a poke at the Dawn And Drew get together. Unfortunately she only listens to one podcast (Muggle cast or something like that) and doesn’t really care about the expo.
I live in Santa Clarita, which mean that if I try to go myself it’s going to make something like three hours, and I think I might have to walk a bunch too. I also have to leave really early too if I want to get back in time.
Anyhow, anyone going from/near the Santa Clarita area? I could even try to dump myself over at my grandmothers if it’s easier for anyone to go to the Burbank/Universal City area. Even if I could just get a ride there and not back…that would be insanely helpful.
I was trying to go Friday, put if I could guarantee a ride for Saturday I could easily change my plans.
If not, does anyone know a good way to look for a ride? I mean is there some podcasty site that has lots of people are offering/asking for transportation? Ya I know it's the last min, but I should at least try.
