For over a month I've had users accessing the School Of Podcasting (http://schoolofpodcasting.com/members/go.php?r=5&l=uggc%3A%2F%2Fjjj.fpubbybscbqpnfgvat.pbz) and its many resources (over 4 hours of tutorials, 100s of resources and insights into Podcasting). I will be ending the "test" period Wednesday 11/9 Anyone who signs up as a "test" student WILL NOT pay the regular price when I raise it (my way of saying thank you to helping me kick the tires). If nothing else, sign up for our free podcasting tips (and see a sample tutorial), and subscribe to the "Morning Announcements" podcast.

If you need a "school" or a book, then this isn't quite for you.

Give it up. Don't embarrass your family and friends.

Luckily most of the "Students" are people who are either starting podcasts, or already have one and just want acess to the resources. We do have one person who is a retired person that I wonder if he will ever get a podcast up. One of the things people learn right up front is there is some time needed to put this together, and a certain level of computer knowledge.

I actually created a "Computer 101" section to make sure people understand file management, cut, copy, paste, etc.

So far everyone seems happy with the service. As for the "embarrassing" podcasts, those poeple will probably turn into "pod-faders" anyway...

Good point. I can't wait to see shows die off.

That is something we havn't seen yet.

Why are you being so negative towards everything. Cheer up, dont worry, the world will be over before you know it, and everything will be better.
