Can anyone recommend a podcast that does a good job of representing the arguments in favor of "intelligent design". A search on the topic yields many podcasts ridiculing "Intelligent Design". What I want to find are podcasts that are in favor of intelligent design.

What's out there? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't know if it's any good, since I haven't listened to it, but here's one that is popular: Today's Creation Moment (http://www.creationmoments.com/)

P-Dub,

While I don't spend a lot of time talking about the subject, I did address it in the April 12th Lifespring! (http://lifespringonline.com/podcasts/2005-04-12_Lifespring!.mp3) podcast.

The subject is addressed from about 17:15 to about 29:00

Hope this helps.

I haven't listened to this but it came up in a search I just did:

Another suggestion: Try some audio search engines and put in the keywords thay you want. I just noticed one for Yahoo and Google has one too:
http://audio.search.yahoo.com/
http://video.google.com/

While these may not be podcasts you are likeky to eventually find some intersection (the good old fashioned way. :)

Hello Mr. Fenton,

I'm hardly ever on this board but I feel the "Intelligent Designer" led me here at just at the right time to see your post. "Back in the day" when I actually did some podcasting, I did a show about evolution from an Intelligent Design viewpoint.

It's here: http://debategod.com/index.php?m=20050317

Now, its nowhere near the quality of a Radio Free Radio's Digital Flotsam.
(PS: Sorry about your encounter with Vinnie Carlucci back in highschool.)
I think, though, I had a good bit of substance on the topic and I have a lot of shownote links for you to help in your study.

I usually save your show for my Friday afternoon drive home. If you listen to mine, you might need to do it first thing in the morning so you don't nod off ... I don't see how anyone is successful doing solo podcasts. (I picture Adam Curry staring at his blank wall each day.)

Anyway, you and I traded emails once a long time ago and you said you were going to check out some of my stuff. So, maybe you already heard it.
Take care.

Your neighbor in Orlando,
David

My latest podcast Panspermia is all about directed evolution. In fact, a lot of the AwareTek podcasts delve into the various theories of evolution, examining them from all sides. Check out the old one titled "Evolution" for instance. Another constant theme is the reconciliation of science with spirituality and religion.

AwareTek, the Technology of Being Human, podcasting from the present, directly to the future, near the borderlands of the past, where science meets the spirit, and technology plays a very important role...
