Feed not updating?

Hi-

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this, or if anyone knew of a fix.

I have an RSS feed (http://www.prorugbyusa.com/rss/arnpodcast.rss) that doesn't seem to get updated on Podcast Alley, or other sites like Odeo.

For example, we're up to Episode 26 in the RSS feed, but on the Alley, it only shows up to Episode 21.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I did change it. I'll go back to using the <enclosure> tag.

Just one question -- should I use <enclosure /> instead of <source /> ?
