i want some podcasts from dis site, but am having trouble getting them onto my iTunes as they are not all on the iTunes podcast bit. could some1 help me thanks xx

Click on a Podcast to see its details. Then click on "Subscribe to Podcast"
Towards the bottom of that window you'll see this:
"If you want to see the RSS or XML file, click here "
With iTunes running, and your iTunes Podcast directory open, drag and drop the word "here" directly into your iTunes Podcast directory window. That's the link to that Podcast.
Then you'll be subscribed.
