Outsourcing podcasts to a company

I work for an organization that is thinking about creating a podcast for our clients. However, we are too small to create and publish the podcast in-house. Are there yet any companies that will help record and publish a podcast for a third party? Do these exist yet?

I know that Rob at podcast411 was doing this for at least one group. He is a 'full-time' podcaster, and might be a good place to start looking. Just a thought.
