I don't know... I would like to do a trade, a 20-30 second promo for another 20-30 second promo on my show...

Since you are on Libsyn, you may want to try Kiptronic (http://www.kiptronic.com). Their service is supposed to be offering a promo exchange and it sounds like they handle the issue of keeping both sides honest.
