Howdy folks,

Can anyone point me to info about how bands get their music for sale into the Itunes music store?

This info would be greatly appreciated. I thought it would be helpful to have it here. As well, I'm going to go do a search for it now and I'll get back to you.

Hey folks,

You can go here to find some extensive info about this topic:

http://www.higgs.com/publications/itunes-guide.html

(Evidently this is a guide for sale if you're interested)

I'm looking for information like this for free. I'll let you know if I find it.
Hope this helps.

CDBaby.com seems to be a good way for indie artists to get their stuff on iTunes and other download sites.

The artists get 91% of every sale. Besides that there is an initial $35 setup fee for your online distribution.
