No one goes to my podcast site. I have relief banners AND free ads on both my high-traffic sites, and I've donated way more than I can afford.

And yeah, no one goes to my podcast site. They subscribe via RSS. Less than a third of my downloads are direct from the blog. Actual traffic to the HTML is too low to care much about.

The boy assumes that because he’s obsessed with us, we’re just as obsessed with him. I thought it was pretty funny when he gave a detailed critique of the sound of my last podcast, claming that every sentence was edited. What he was hearing was my inexpert messing around with noise reduction and compression, so some pauses were silent, and others were a bit noisy. I didn’t discover that very subtle error until I had listened to it several times. (I considered fixing it, but it had already been up for three days, so most of the subscribers had already grabbed it.) Yet he listened closely and often enough to count the number of times it happened. How pathetic.

Out of curiosity, I just visited his web site, for the first time ever. I can’t say I’m awfully impressed. It looks very 1995.

how can you mix personal attacks with false logic and still expect to be taken seriously?

I am not really concerned how my website looks- I want to have alottta content and it be easy for people to use. I think it accomplishes that goal.

BTW- everyone knows your podcasts are like 8 minutes long- so its not too big of a deal to listen to 2-3 minutes and notice the broken-record skips inbetween every sentance. I have listend to all of your shows- at least twice.

I am not ignoring any question with the picture of the busses. I gave 3 reasons why they weren't able to be used.

None of us said Bush could have prevented the Hurricane. There you go putting words in our mouths. We said the flood could have been, and everyone knows this. Every Scientists in the world projected it would happen.

I have listend to all of your shows- at least twice.

I’ve listened to exactly one of your shows, the one where you slandered JimK and me, and didn’t listen to all of it, because the sound quality was almost as annoying as the content. And I’ve been to your sloppy site just once – a few hours ago. My IP address is 24.195.220.47, so you can check all your logs, if you wish. (You do know how to do that, don’t you? You know what logs are? You know how to analyze them?) You see, I’m not obsessed with you the way you’re obsessed with the two of us.

As for the quality of the rescue effort, I’m quite sure many things could have been done much better. By everyone involved. Especially the looters and shooters and rapists and **** smearers. In any emergency, anywhere, nothing is ever fast enough, and it never will be until we invent transporters. There is always room for improvement. The fact is no one expected the levee to break, regardless of what some pundit said years ago. That’s the beauty of punditry – you can make predictions, and glory in the few that are correct, knowing that the majority of them, the wrong ones, will be forgotten.

But when they’re right, hoo boy! You can count on weasels with little shriveled souls to ferret them out and wave them over their pinheads while dancing around the bodies screaming, “It’s the president’s fault! It’s the president’s fault!�

I liked the articles on Moorewatch detailing the “whatever he does is wrong� approach the Megalomaniac takes. If he lands, like he did at 911, he’s wrong and evil. If, instead, he flys over, because there is no place to land a plane, and even coming in a helicopter would cause more disruption, then he’s wrong and evil too.

I’m also amused that countering ridiculous claims, like NOBODY is doing anything, leads creatures of the left to jump to the conclusion that we’re rabid Bush supporters. Personally, I have little use for the man. His support for the PATRIOT act, the War On Some Drugs, the Real ID act, and the profoundly evil Ashcroft makes him despicable. For that matter, I can’t think of a single president in my lifetime that wasn’t a power grabbing statist who made the country less free.
