How do I make changes to info shown in iTunes?

Now that I finally got listed in iTunes, how do I change the picture they use there? They just grabbed a random picture from my website and I want to change it to my logo.

Also, how do I pick which heading (comedy, entertainment, audioblog, etc.) my feed is listed under?

iTunes looks at your RSS feed.
