Hi there,
I've got a podcast about video gaming (http://www.broadcastgamer.com) and right now, I'm the only person working on the show. Like the rest of you, I'm trying to make my show as good as it can be; but I'm finding it difficult to balance this and my daily job.
So I'm looking to bring on some help-- a producer of sorts, and who can offer another perspective on the show. But I'm not sure where to begin with something like this... What would you folks suggest that I do?
