So I have been listening to podcast for about 8 months. There are so many types of podcast that searching under "comedy" or "talk radio" in iTunes is just not doing it for me.
The problem is that when podcasters build there RSS feeds they place there podcast in every category.

Sooooo. I thought I would tell people what I like and if your show is like any of these shows let me know so I can tune in.
My top shows are:
RedBarRadio.com
Lunaticradio.com
FreeTalkLive.com
The Corey and Jay show
Sound of Young America
Help a listener out.
B.T.W. If you don't like any of these shows, I don't care. Start your own tread if you fell like you need to bash.

I'd say that our show has some similarities to Sound of Young America. At least, we have similar taste in comedy to that show, and we liked it alot when we reviewed it.
Our show isn't explicitly a comedy show, but a number of listeners have said they have found it funny. It really depends on the episode I guess.
thanks for considering giving us a listen,
eric

Though our show is more like just hanging out together with the mics on, we are classified as comedy since our listeners call it that. We have rant shows and such too, but I guess we all just try to make each other laugh.
We only place ourselves in one category I believe.

Really? Why is it that yours is the only show one needs to know? I'm curious.

Chris:
I would say that my podcast "The Best of Mikey and Jimmy" would fit into the category of podcasts that you enjoy, while also including music and band interviews. Out of the podcasts you mentioned Chris, my podcast would most likely include the style of LunaticRadio.com with the music. Check it out and let me know what you think. Good AND bad reviews are welcome and encouraged but if you do have a bad review, tell me what you thought was bad about it, don't just say it sucked!

You might like our show.
I would also suggest:
5 minutes with Wichita (it's short and painless, you can decide quickly)
Air Ferg
Vox Monitor (they ARE funny, whether they think so or not)
Distorted view
IMAO (very funny)
Delta Park Project
Hope at least one of these works for you!
