Hi,
I just released a new and unusual podcast "receiver" for Windows. This is the most recent "official" blurb:
Are you looking for a podcast receiver that is unlike any other?
Try Golden Ear! It's free! It's fun! It's easy to use!
Golden Ear has the look and feel of a 1940's radio!
With Golden Ear you can browse for podcast sites and checkout the podcasts that are available at each site. You can listen to podcasts as streaming audio files (no waiting for downloads). You can save the podcasts you find for listening later at your computer or with your portable media player.

If I were you Rogner, i would just stay with ipodder... it's a very nice program, or you could use Itunes which is more organized and efficient then using ipodder.
Plus you could use pupuplayer.com, just type in the rss feed of your favorite podcast, post the javascript somewhere on your website (if you have one) and click it from time to time to listen to your favorite podcasts... Alright have a nice day

i use itunes. started using it because it was the only rss reader i knew about when i learned about podcasting
i stuck with it because it was the easiest way to sync wit my ipod
and now even though my ipod's broken, i continue to use it because after nearly 11 months, ive grown rather familiar with it
