According to a recent survey on gadget website Pocket-lint.co.uk, "users don't want MP3 mobile phones."

In the survey, 72% of entrants said that, even if they had the chance to listen to their favourite tracks on their mobile, they wouldn’t bother.

The question is being asked the wrong way. Audio device listeners should be asked if they would like their device to double as their cellphone.

For those of us mobile device listeners who cart around our iPods (or equivalent) AND a cellphone wherever we go, a iPod/sattelite radio/terrestial radio/cell phone/camera/audio 'tevo'/organizer all-in-one device is what we are waiting for. (as long as it's small and has as intellegent an interface as the iPod.

Well if it were truly an all-in-one device it would have some sort of GPS homing beacon in it. Duh...
