Way to stalk, Jack.
I wouldn't expect you to actually read anything I say or anything. Just go ahead and be an attack dog. It's what you're good at. Attack, insult and assault with no concept of fairness or context.
I hear a bong calling you. It holds wisdom in it's murky water. Go. Before you accidentally learn something or maybe be nice to someone.

Are you freaking kidding me?
You have an entire website devoted to personally attacking Mike Moore and you repeatedly try and claim the high road?
Not to mention to claim to be non-partisan and you claim to have disdain for people on the far left and right- yet you fill a website you co-operate with GOP adds and Anti-Liberal rants?
Your buddy Lee says these charming words? You are his partner in this act of viciousness (moorewatch.com) and yet you are here actually trying to act as if you aren't a part of the kinda swine that says this garbage?
Hey, I’d be pretty pissed off too if my wife was whoring out the memory of our dead son in furtherance of a radical left-wing ideal that neither I nor my son believed in. And when the cameras are gone, and MoveOn and Michael Moore are done using Cindy for their own ends, she’s going to find herself alone, used, abused, and alienated from what little family she has left. It wouldn’t surprise me if in a few years she takes her own life.
And here you are preaching to me about being NICE? What a freaking hypocrite if I ever saw one.
Well thats really nice of you and your friends to be putting out such heartfelt love and understanding. Give me a break- its getting clear to everyone the kinda shill you are and which agenda you clearly support.
Why run from it? Why not post links to Moorewatch.com or Right-thoughts.us on your Podcast Site? Hiding something?
I am not assaulting anything dude? Just letting everyone know you are the co-owner of some cooky right-wing websites that do nothing but make baseless personal attacks- then you come here and actually try and point out when other people are far more fair than you ever are! How Very Rovian of you James.
I been waiting for someone else to point this out- when homeboy mentioned that you were a shill- and you never denied it- I had to provide the obvious evidence that proves he is correct in say that you are "right".

I give out my URLS in my show, and I've also linked back to my sites numerous times in my show notes. I would appreciate you not lying about details like that.
BTW, is my name Lee? I am not my brother's keeper...another thing that separates us, thankfully. I don't desperately need the world to think and act like I do, jack. Lee is free to write whatever he wants to write.
I wonder why you choose to highlight Lee's words about Casey Sheehan's mother and tried to use them against me...instead of using my own. Interesting choice. You also took Lee's words directly out of context. Another interesting choice.
And you wonder why we won't become drinking buddies in California...

Really? Anyone can go to your site do a text search for Moorewatch.com or right-thoughts and they will all find what I didn. If you linked to them in show notes in some ancient show (like show 7 or something) its not the same as Linking to them on your site. Its not like the Red Bar Radio Link you have on the right collumn. And neither is in your blog roll. How am I lying? Or are you just spinning because 2 months ago you put them in your show notes?
BTW, is my name Lee? I am not my brother's keeper...another thing that separates us, thankfully. I don't desperately need the world to think and act like I do, jack. Lee is free to write whatever he wants to write.
Something my mother used to say- "You are the Company you Keep" not always true but in this case it works.
How convenient. You only run a site with the guy- its not as if you could possibly be attributed anything to him when your picture is 1 inch from
his aweful rants. I didn't take it out of context at all. I quoted the whole aweful paragraph. I picked that comment instead of anything by you because it was the only one on the screen shot I took and I thought it was pretty representative of everything you and he and the other guy write.
I wonder why you choose to highlight Lee's words about Casey Sheehan's mother and tried to use them against me...instead of using my own. Interesting choice. You also took Lee's words directly out of context. Another interesting choice.
I didn't take his words out of context its the entire paragraph jim.
I said before I chose that statement because it was 1 inch from your face, and a couple inches from the Giant "W" and a few more inches from the quotes by Sean Hannity.
And you wonder why we won't become drinking buddies in California...
I never said drinking buddies. Now who's lying?

How am I lying? You don't link to your own blog on your podcast site- pretty unusual. And you don't link to Moorewatch.com on your podcast site- even more telling.
You're a liar, Jack. Since the very first show I have had links to my sites, given out the URLS during the show and linked them both in show notes.
THAT is how you are lying. Anyone who wants to prove it can download each show and hear them for themselves. The URLS for each show are obvious once you see any one of them. Go ahead, Jack...download them all and see if I don't make clear and intentional plugs for my own URLs.

Fosco and I were sitting here, double and triple checking before we posted anything about you not linking to your other 2 sites- Sites you have said your were yours. "My site". We made **** sure you didn't link to them on your front page or in any other "links" area of your site. It was just too deceptive not to call you on. Knowing we were right you responded with this.
I give out my URLS in my show, and I've also linked back to my sites numerous times in my show notes. I would appreciate you not lying about details like that.
A reasonable response for someone trying to say "Yeah...well...but..."
~time passes, as it will~
Fosco and I ordered a pizza, pounded a few Heine's, came back to your site (anticipating your desperate actions)- and noticed 2 new carefully placed links. Then you come back and say this.
Wow- that is alot to say when the 1st time you clearly said you had mentioned it in show notes, and verbally given them out on your show. (never having mentioned they actually were on your site (cause they weren't)). You come right out and deny my allegation and say you have ALWAYS had them there, but then use 5 more sentences to back up the 1st statement you made regarding the allegation.
remember?
I give out my URLS in my show, and I've also linked back to my sites numerous times in my show notes. I would appreciate you not lying about details like that.
OK so either I am confused, or your lying again. If you actually had them on the site- why would you need 8 Sentences to mention that you had really given them out verbally in your show and had put them into show notes- when all you needed to say is. "I have them next to every other link. Always were. Can't you read?" or something snappy that you are sometimes known for saying.
But no- you had to bolster your initial spin after a lame coverup over something really pretty harmless, but shameless nonetheless.
ITs getting better- you are desperate man..
1. I don't control who buys ads. Do you even know what Blogads is? Of course you don't...you are talking crap again without doing any research. As always.
Someone has a gun to your head telling you you have to have George Bush and Sean Hannity on your website? Someone makes you put your show's advertisement on a website for GOP wackos? I don't buy it Jimk. That's weak. I don't need to know what Blogads are to know that anyone can control their content- and to say that "you don't control who buys ads" is a cheap line that none of us are buying.
2. I NEVER EVER claimed to be non-partisan. That's just another Jack lie. I would never make sucha stupid claim. I have a side, Jack, and I stick to
it. It;s just not teh one you like to try to put me on because you're incapable of thinking in anything less than gross generalization...you're just not smart enough.
Well Now lets look at this closely.....
You trash "liberals", defend political conservatism, run several ads for the GOP, run ads featuring Sean Hannity as a person of great insight, own a site that's sole purpose is to slam Micheal Moore(a powerful Democrat), and routinely make fun of people who seem "lefty" or "socialist". Now with all of that and do you really expect people not to assume that you are clearly a closet republican? I've said it before- If you are routinely slamming Democrats, you are probably a Republican. Its not always the case, but considering your record?
http://kickasspodcast.com/jimWk.jpg
I think its a fair assumption JimK....doesn't help that you PERSONALLY attack me once just for good measure to wrap up that thought.
Another patented Jack lie.
I was attacked by a one-post newbie...who sounds a lot like someone we all know...and I simply asked if I could quote part of the attack because it's awesome. And you went on the offensive as per usual. Now...unless you are wordman...what exactly do you have to do with any of this? Are you admitting to being wordman now? Because you weren't involved in any way until you inserted yourself.
Really? I posted in this thread, unrelated to you, before this aside- I waited until you took the opportunity to attack and discredit the new guy (which there are alot of lately if you didn't notice) who said your show sucked.
So now you are personally attacking the guy as being a noob- even though he simply responded to a public thread. Oooh can I infer by your next line that you think it maybe ME? No- surely theres someone else who would stoop to that to get back at you right? Sure Jim. Well The jokes on you- the mods, fosco & I maybe the only ones who get it- but it wasn't he or I who posted that they thought you a, what was it?, 'republican shill' or something..Dude you disapoint me, i have intentionally given you more credit- you got pissy because you were the only podcaster who came on to defend their show in this 2 bit thread. And then you accused some sort of conspiracy with fake "newbies" trying to lambaste you.
Listen to yourself man- you attack people and then tell people all they do is attack people.. wth?
Lastly...and this is a point that we've raised in conjunction with Michael Moore a hundred times over...If you have to resort to lies to make your points...maybe your points aren't worth making.
Yes, you also enjoy Spinning Moore and calling him a p.o.s. and personally attacking him, and YES I have called you on it before. What's new? Now that I know you have a whole site devoted to it. **** can I have some fun or what.
http://michaelmoore.com/
OK Jimk-
As always- Fosco and I will keep our eyes and ears out ok? As I know you are, always see them Hamden Downloads, its cool. Would have been better
to say that the other 2 sites were side projects and you have no need to over expose them, better than to backtrack and have to do all that backing up of your initial spin. Oh well. Live and Learn no?
Fosco is on his way home and he's pissed- you lied to him too by saying you "always had them there" what a joke- that and you basically accused him of fake accounts to slam you with. This from Mr. "---Starkcast---" oh Jimk- you man of infinite (---'s) intergity. What a joke dude.

So did you or did you not add the links to your two websites, moorewatch.com, and right-thoughts.us after Jack notified the fine posters here at Podcast Alley of your works? The truth will set you free. Jim. This answer will be a big one. You keep talking about the truth, but you keep lying through your teeth.
My reputation and my record here demonstrate my character. I have a low enough number of posts for people to go through and see that I am a man of my word. I really have no problems with tearing down folks like Moore that are nothing more than propaganda artists.
I wouldn't have had too much of an issue with his movies if people would stop calling them documentaries and call them Comedy or, Parody when handing out awards.

Not true...
You can agree with the 'ideas' that someone has. But you can completely disagree with them using half-truth, falsely concocted situations, and editing tricks to try to prove that they are correct.
Sorry, but Moore does far more harm to the intellectual side of the liberal argument than anyone possibly could. He's a joke when you look at the way he uses only part of the information to convince people something is worse than it is.
I'm not exactly sure how he, or anyone can be 100% sure that 9/11 could have been 'avoided'. In fact, I will say that it would take worse laws than the Patriot Act, which I deplore, to actually have a good chance of having prevented 9/11 at the time in which it happened.
This is something I can truly speak from an expert level about. I am a fully trained SME on Terrorism, BioTerrorism, and Anti-Terror tactics and information analysis.
I wish I could talk about some of the horrible oversights that went on that WERE real. But to bluntly state that 9/11 was preventable. Is extremely far from a factual statement.

His stuff on the gun industry is almost a complete fabrication and self-serving. It is actually that BS that put me over the line on his sideshow act a while back. Bowling for Columbine was a terrible travesty of untruth and concocted situations.
Bow, the stuff about the Supreme Court, Patriot Act, etc, etc... I actually agree with the 'sentiment' of what Moore attempts to convince others of. I know some people hate dictionaries here but;
Propaganda-
Material disseminated by the advocates or opponents of a doctrine or cause: wartime propaganda.
But it has a negative meaning because thats how its most commonly used.
Care to point out any examples at all? Or are you going to just speak in general terms and call yourself discerning?
Sorry, but Moore does far more harm to the intellectual side of the liberal argument than anyone possibly could. He's a joke when you look at the way he uses only part of the information to convince people something is worse than it is.
Really? No more examples? You are attacking a powerful democrat? I wonder what agenda you are (intentionally or not) furthering?
Randi Rhodes Rule of Thumb: If you are attacking democrats- you are probably a republican.
He's a joke? So attack him personally. Very Nice.
I'm not exactly sure how he, or anyone can be 100% sure that 9/11 could have been 'avoided'. In fact, I will say that it would take worse laws than the Patriot Act, which I deplore, to actually have a good chance of having prevented 9/11 at the time in which it happened.
Um... there are about a dozen reasons why it could have been prevented.
Worse laws than the patriot act? No- it would have taken people doing their jobs. That's all. Nothing more than the DoD, the FBI, & NORAD to do their Jobs. Guess what? None of that is anything Moore ever reported or published!
This is something I can truly speak from an expert level about. I am a fully trained SME on Terrorism, BioTerrorism, and Anti-Terror tactics and information analysis.

1: The Origin of All Species

What did the 1st sentence even mean?
Its far from factual? Have ANY Counterfacts you even want to bother offering today?
No. You don't.
You may have me on some areas of Science- but its clear on this one, politically, you should just go home and have a beer.
9/11 Could have been prevented if:
1. Our President wasn't Best Friends and Business Partners with the estranged Family of Osama Bin Laden
2. Our President had listened to the outgoing CLINTON administration when they said SAUDI TERRORISM was the biggest issue the Bush Admin had to deal with.
3. NORAD would have followed their own manual.
4. The DoD had listened to Agents reporting on Arab Student Pilots having not interest in landing prodecures.
5. The President had ever gave a **** about the American People.
6. The FBI had actually listened to Minneapolis Agents who brought up serious Muslim security issues that could have possibly prevented 9/11 altogether.
7. The President and Vice President didn't have Billions of Dollars to make from a bogus war on Terror.
His stuff on the gun industry is almost a complete fabrication and self-serving. It is actually that BS that put me over the line on his sideshow act a while back. Bowling for Columbine was a terrible travesty of untruth and concocted situations.

That is your own opinion/interpretation of his Art. Still absolutely nothing that backs up anything you say. What's new?
You can agree with the 'idea' of something, but I don't support people lying and creating badly developed propaganda to 'help' me out.
Really? Where does he lie? Why did he offer cash to people to debunk his film before and after it was released?
Are you so typical as to attack Micheal Moore? Seriously- how typical does it get? He isn't perfect. Are you?
Jack B.
-why do I get the feeling that the right-wing owner of the Neo-con wingnut site: moorewatch.com will be here soon- with lotsa lies, and bogus links to try and disprove what everyone already knows to be the truth.
Why did the states that were actually attacked by the terrorists all vote against Bush? If you didn't help to try and beat Bush you might as well have cast a vote for him. Sorry- but that's how America works.

Yet another subject you claim to be an expert on.
Lets see that's.
1: The Origin of All Species
2: Theology (all those college courses)
3: Terrorism
4: BioTerrorism
5: Anti-Terror Tactics
6: Information Analysis.
7. Video Editing
Lets take those number by number:
1) I have only made the arguements for Evolution that are easy to research and understand by anyone that takes the time, and the desire to do so. Plain factual information isn't hard to find when you take the time to understand it.
2) Most of my college educational credentials are in Theology, sorry.
3-5) I was trained at SANDIA laboratories in all those matters. And was a project manager for 4 years on several projects with DARPA, the DoD, CDC, and FBI. I held the highest level clearance you could hold as a civilian at the time. After I left the projects, 9/11 occurred 4 months later. I then was involved with, or was the Project Manager, for over 50 Anti-Terrorism assessments for city infrastructure in the U.S. Those projects dealt directly with the assessment of risk and anti-terrorism, possibly in the city in which you live.
6) I get paid quite a lot in my current 'day job' to do just that.
7) Lets see... I am currently, as part of my 'side work' running the production of, quite hands-on, a series of DVD's on billiards. I just actually got hired to do some more documentary work with another group. Before 'recently', however, I owned a production and marketing company called 'Infiweb Inc.'. Our studios and office were on Western Ave. in Las Vegas. We did work on several T.V. shows and a big-budget movie at the time. Such as; Babylon 5, Mad About You, The Visitor, and some documentaries on Casino Cheating often played on A&E/History Channel. All stuff almost 8 years old or more at this time.
It was the work we did with Casino security that was the stuff that lead to the rest of my career-path though. We did a series of applications and systems that combined video facial recognition, voice recognition, and combined it with pattern analysis of the information gathered in casinos to track the patterns of spending and betting of guests in casinos. (remember, we were in Las Vegas) This information helped do everything from track spending to better organize table layouts, to helping catch cheaters based on suspicious patterns. When I sold my share of the company and packed up and moved out to do some speaking and writing for a living... is when the government came calling... basically to harvest and use my knowledge of casino information patterning. Casinos were, and probably still are, ahead of the government in this regard.
But I refuse to believe that you are anymore than "well versed" in any of these areas. Sorry.
Do all your arguments have to circle back to over-generalizations and derisive words against people? I get paid as a 'titled' SME, (Subject Matter Expert), in actual title on your points 3-6. Doesn't mean YOU have to think I am an expert. But, it does mean I have some resume and references to back up that I have knowledge on those topics.
THAT is what people do when they have serious debates, or discussions on topics. You state the reasons why you are qualified to speak on an issue. Doesn't mean you HAVE to have qualifications to join a debate. Just that you have to realize that people with some basis of expertise on a subject might let others know what those credentials are. Refuting them in a childish manner isn't really helping your argument any.
So, do you respect the knowledge anyone has? Or is it your position that you cannot be taught anything, don't listen to anyone, and being iconoclastic for the sake of being iconoclastic is somehow an elite position?
You call other people arrogant and condescending, but your only tactic is weak attempts at snide personal stabs and proving your point with statements like;
Dude I am not buying this shite- call me a skeptic, write me at skepticpodcaster@gmail.com I don't care.
Look, I am quite proud of the work I have done in the short time I have been here on the planet... And attacking the work people have done in their life and worked hard to point to with pride in such a dismissive manner... Is a worse personal attack than any flame that would get someone normally banned from an internet forum.
Sadly, the internet allows people to be just this flat-out ignorant and rude to others. And do it with such relentless lack of shame and humility always amazes me.
What are your credentials to speak on such issues as how 'easy' it was for people to just 'do their jobs' and prevent 9/11? Not that you need them, but attempting to childishly dismiss others knowledge rudely... will bite you eventually in the real world.
You are taking a monumental event and boiling it down to a statement that has no logical basis whatsoever. I dare you to even try to defend your home against one well trained attacker. I'd even give you the date and time it will happen a week ahead of time. You'd still have, what most people would consider, an unreasonable chance of failure.
The problem right now is that the Republicans are using fear to control people, and the democrats are using over-generalizations and half-truth to generate hatred of others to drive their constituents.
They have both now resulted to 'you are with us or against us' mentality.
I'd point you to a boatload of information on how Moore used information in a half-blind manner to lead people to false conclusions. But, you already indicated that you won't listen to that information by attacking others originally for pointing out some of those facts.
Information isn't partisan, and just because 'tearing down a powerful Democrat' might make you think it weakens the party, or even if it DOES weaken the party. I don't give a rats ***. I want those types of people out, even if it does mean losing a race or two while we find powerful leaders that deserve respect. Otherwise, I'll find some other party to vote for and many others will as well. And, as seen in the past two elections, just *enough* people to keep the Democrats and Liberals from winning. If you don't think blind love for folks like Moore, Hillary, and half the crew at Air America aren't what is keeping enough votes out of the pockets of the Liberals to constantly have them in the losers seat. You are kidding yourself.
Why did the states that were actually attacked by the terrorists all vote against Bush? If you didn't help to try and beat Bush you might as well have cast a vote for him. Sorry- but that's how America works.
Just a question... if you voted Libertarian or Green party... were you then 'voting for Bush' as the Air America folks loved to reference? That goes back to my previous statement... I won't vote for a group just because I 'have' to, or else the 'evil' guy will win. When both sides are bankrupt, I don't care to hear the weak arguments like 'A vote for Kerry is a vote against Bush'. Hell, it almost made me want to vote for Bush, just out of spite against such crappy campaign logic.
I actually voted for Kerry, but in Georgia, I could have just wiped my *** with my ballot and handed it in... it was pissing in the wind here. Atlanta is a blue city... but outside this city... it's "Guns, Gays, and God" land. I guess you can toss 'Fear' in that old-hack phrase now.[/u]

Yea, and if you aren't proud of anything you have done in your life. That might explain your vitriol for others in a pretty clear manner.
