I've had Libsyn for about a month and I have no complaints whatsoever.
It's never been down(At least not when I'm awake), and the download speeds are pretty impressive.

Definately recommended as most podcasters use this and out of all the services this would definately be the most 'secure'.

yeah i suggest libsyn but i was playin devil's advocate for my buddy switchpod over there

but it is down a lot, is what ive heard
