Hey, I am the General Manager of WCBN, FM Ann Arbor, and am trying to figure out podcasting and how to go about podcasting several of our weekly shows. I can take care of the whole recording, converting to mp3, etc thing, but I am wondering, would the best way for folks to have access to these files be to list them on something like ipodder.com, or could we host them on our website, or is there a free hosting site you might suggest.... I don't know jack.... thanks.....

Hi there -

I am podcasting two shows in Denver and use www.podblaze.com. It's been very reliable, it's easy to get the shows up.

You can take a look (listen) on my site, www.communityaffairs-usa.com

Best of luck!

Study RSS and use it to distribute your podcast (http://www.rss-specifications.com/podcasting-explained.htm).

Study tagging (http://del.icio.us/) and use it to promote your podcast.

Best of luck!

BTW - I grew up in A2! Still miss the Arb...

Send me an email ( splangy at splangy dot com), and I'll help you out. I'm going through this process for KZSC-FM in Santa Cruz, my home station.
