i'm trying to subscribe to different podcast shows, but i have no luck. i have tried ipodder, nimiq, doppler, and itunes. the error that i get when i try to retreive casts is "error XXXXX the underlying connection was closed: unable to connect to the remote server. i get that when i use nimiq and doppler. itunes doesn't connect, and ipodder just times out all of the time. i dl'd the update for .net framework. i have uninstalled each prog and installed them again, turned off norton and microsoft antispyware, don't even have an firewall up. just using a wireless connection here at work. running win xp home sp1. anyway around this? i've looked on the internet, but all the things i've tried doesn't do the trick.
