Folks,
I am working on a research project about Podcasting (that may turn into a "How to Podcast" site -like we need another one of those .. I know). I have created two polls. The first one is for LISTENERS of podcast at

http://www.jammindave.com/cgi-script/csPoller/csPoller.cgi?cid=1&t=1&pid=619

The second is for PODCASTORS (the creators of content). It is located at
http://www.jammindave.com/cgi-script/csPoller/csPoller.cgi?cid=1&t=1&pid=629 this second poll is special in that your results will not be displayed immediately. I also ask for your email. This is for two purposes. The obvious is to email you the results. The second being a cyber "door charge" to weed out anyone looking to just muck up the stats. If I send you an email and it bounces, your answers are removed. Your email will not be shared, spammed, etc.

There are a few problems with your questionare. The first is technical – I answered all the questions, and was told I didn't answer all the questions, with no indication which question was problematic. I went back and checked, and all of them had been answered.

Your first question is How Long have you been podcasting: 1-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months . . . I've been doing ti for 3 months. Should I pick 1-3, or 3-6? And I'm guessing the "more than a year" was a bullshit detector – because it hasn't been around more than a year.

The same problem with the Age question.

There aren’t enough options on the "How Often Do You Publish a show" question. I do one about every two weeks. My only choice is "Less than one a week." But that includes people who do two a month, three a month, one a month, and one every two months.
