Podcast Alley iTunes Feed & New Servers

After further review, the podcaster login pages are going to take some time to program so I am removing the link to the iTunes ready podcast feed. While many people benefited from these links, the inability for me to quickly finish coding new features to update these feeds is limiting there performance.

Due to not only the early release of iTunes but the massive traffic influx, I am going to need to move servers as well. This will be occuring over the next couple of days so the PodcastAlley.com site may experience some small outages where you will not be able to access the site or forums. These upgrades will include 4 times the memory, dual Raid hard drives, load balancing and a much fatter pipe to limit downtime and to increase overall speed.

NOTE: Podcasters interested in using the iTunes ready feed for their podcast should continue to email info@podcastalley.com to find out more about how to do so.

Is there anything the rest of us Alley supporters can do to help?

I would certainly be willing to make a small cash donation but you probably won't be able to take that much needed vacation on my donation alone :cry:

right now, just continue to be a Podcast Alley Supporter :D Im working through all of these growing pains and things will be better. if only the world moved at the speed i needed it to to get everything done, we would be good.

I went ahead and left a small donation. It won't buy a fat new T3 line but maybe a nice coffee or a beer or a big stress pill.

I've been trying to support my favorite podcasts in a small way -- and I've gotten some very good help from folks here so I figure it doesn't hurt to toss in some pocket change.
