Can anyone help me out? I tried submitting my feed to iTMS, and it asks me to create an apple account. I already have one, but not for iTMS. So i tried creating one for the iTMS, using the paypal option when it asks for a payment type (I don't have a credit card). I validate my paypal account, but iTMS still doesn't recognize my account. What gives?
