The Rush Limbo Show- ...RSS is too simple for Premiere Radio, which needs to authenticate users against its database of subscribers who pony up $6.95 per month for the “Rush 24/7� service.http://www.networkworld.com/news/2005/060205-russ-podcast.html.

How many of you would "pony up" anything to listen to a podcast? Part of the joy is that it's free and the homegrown producers are just motivated to have fun and share their stuff (and maybe make a few cents on from google add clickthroughs or paypal donations). Seems that commercial "podcasters" will figure out pretty quick that xm or cirius is where they belong.
