Anyone know if LibSyn allows videos?

Our podcasting group is very interested in using LibSyn's hosting service. Any current Libsyn members out there that know if along with podcast files will LibSyn allow you to post small (2-5meg) videos on your site as well? so long as you fall within your alloted disk space of course.

Those must be some really short videos if they're only 2-5 meg in size...
