What are you calling Upstate NY? Anything north of Albany is Upstate for me, as I live 45 minutes from Montreal.

Upstate is upstate--I prefer Capital District residents, but I'm not picky. Upstate until you get to Canada is fine!

Not a lot going on there yet, still getting PR out to get people into the group.
