Downloading Random Podcasts (in iPodder or other software)

I was reading the Adam Curry article in Wired ( http://wired-vig.wired.com/wired/archive/13.03/curry.html?pg=2&topic=(none)&topic_set=(none) ) in which he said:

"I have iPodder set to download random podcasts, [...]"

I have look and looked for the download random option in iPodder and can not find it, nor can I find it an any FAQ's I have searched.

Is this option in there?

Are there other podcast software products that do this or do it well even?
