Jazler for PocketPC?

I'm trying to set up a mobile podcast and I was wondering if there was any cart software (I gather that's what it's called) for my pocketPC so I could just have 9-12 on screen buttons that I could hit for incidental sound effects, or just something to play a single audio file without moving to the next track in the playlist.

anybody know of anything like that?
