Hi,

I'm new to podcast and unfortunately I don't have an Ipod, I have heard though that you can listen to podcasts on your PC as well through Windows Media Player. Can anyone tell me how to do this? :?

Hi there. Podcasts have nothing to do with ipods. The audio are just mp3 files. If you find a show you are interested in you can usually download the mp3 file directly from the show's site. There is also a 'podcast player' here on podcastalley.com Visit this link and click "Podcast Player" for an example:

also, if you have iTunes or another audio player installed on your computer, you can still use the podcast downloading software.

Go to: http://www.podcastalley.com/phpBB2/links.php?id=2 and find the software you like, install it on your computer, and it will download the mp3 files. These mp3s can be played through any audio program on your computer.

Hope this helps.

pupustudios interesting show there! The Ferf thank-you for the link, I had tryed yesterday to download some podcast players, like Primetime and DoppleRadio but didn't have any luck, my computer had a problem with both of these and wouldn't pull the software up, however I saw alot of people trying Ipodder and that was successful, so all is good. Thank-you for the advice.

You really can't go wrong with the newest version of iPodder. They have REALLY improved it.

Welcome to the fun and f**ked up world that is Podcasting! :)
