I'm currently using Audacity and my shows are downloading at 128 K. Anybody know how I get that down to 112? Thanks!

It depends on your content, and how much bandwidth you have.
If it's mostly talk, you could go quite low with your bitrate and even drop the sample rate from 44.1 to 22 khz and save a great deal of bandwidth.
It looks like your show is about discussing film. If it's mostly talk, I'd go with a lower bitrate. It's a balance though. Too low and your quality suffers. :)
