Well, iPodder 2.0 is out. I downloaded it last night and from a quick few minutes using it, I gotta say, it's a *massive* improvement. Lots of new features, like a Cleanup pane for getting rid of old shows, built-in ipodder.org and podcastalley.com rss feeds for finding new shows, and lots of other stuff. Anyone else downloaded it and tried it out? What do you think?

My current favorite feature: It says 'experimental' but it's working good for me so far - it can automatically 'Coralize' links to the podcasts, thus helping lessen bandwith demands on podcast producers with no additional effort on their part. Nice!

The appearance is a LOT better, and overall i like how it feels. On a minus side I wish there was a way to search the directories.

Congrats to the the iPodder team on the release!

Up until the iPodder 2.0 release, my preferred client was Doppler.
But 2.0 drastically increases the ease of use, and it's nice seeing a live updated version of the PodcastAlley Top 10/50 as well as newest feeds.

I have to applaud the Dev Team on this one. The only thing left on my wish list would be the ability to pre-assign genre tags to each feed...Other than that, it rocks.

What about the space savers of Doppler? To automatically delete shows by size or by rating. I use 1 star to signal I want it deleted.

Does the new Ippoder have anything like that?
