Delay Issue

Does anyone have any idea how I get rid of the delay while recording in Garageband? It's throwing us off and it makes us sound like we're drunk.

This is our setup:

Soundflower and Soundbed, Using 2-CH audio.
Line-In. Input: Built in headphones | Output: Soundflower 2 CH.
Garageband: Monitors off.

When I hit pass thru on Line in, we hear ourseleves, but there is also a slight delay that throws us off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
