Voting is a nice idea but how about ranking Podcasts by number of subscriptions and downloads. And of course someone will manipulate that number too, but I believe that is more reflective of a Podcasters true "audiance". I know all this ranking stuff is not important to "true" podcasters, but some people are, unfortunately, influenced by what other people listen to.
