I will definitely have some comments at the end of a few weeks of usage. I have moved my hosting over to libsyn and am excited at the prospect of not having to keep on looking over my shoulder at my bandwidth charges.

So far my impressions of Libsyn.

Easy to set up and to manage.
Difficult to understand the 100Mb per month hosting space model for newbies.

Can someone explain it a bit better than the website?

Also, what experiences do you Libsyn members have with the service?

I love it.

The way the limit works is that it's 100MB (or whatever level you pick) PER month.

So in February let's say I upload 98 MB worth of shows. At the end of the month they archive them( they are still there) but on March 1st I have another 100MB I can upload for that month. It keeps rolling over because they know that as podcasters we need the space.

I have had ZERO problems with them. Everything about them is honest and up front and any time I had questions they got right back to me with answers.

being brand new and some what of slow learner to crack open the tech stuff i do my pods on libsyn. It is so easy to just upload your media and they turn it into an rss feed without any other work needed. They were great while i was fight ing with paypal to get the payment set up. I HATE PAYPAL.

Anyone wanting to do podcasting for $5 a month can beat their price. you can buy into several different levels of bandwidth and upgrade as your uploads increase.
