Just a friendly invitation to Podcasters or listeners out there--please feel free to Skype the "Late Night with Mr. X & Just Julie" Podcast (http://ifthensoftware.blogspot.com) when you see us on Skype with the username "ifthensoftware".

We would love you to come on the show to talk about your own show, or your favorite Podcast, etc. It's a comedy show, so don't bother coming on to rant about George Bush (unless you happen to intern for him or something...)

We normally Podcast after 10PM eastern time, a few days a week so add us to your list and watch for us. First come, first served of course. (Of course Dan Klass of The Bitterest Pill goes to the front of the line--no questions asked...)

How are you recording Skype? Can you outline your setup? I was having some trouble setting it up through a Mac using Soundflower and Soundbed.

Yes, I record Skype with no problems.

1.) I use Soundflower (not "bed")
2.) Inside of Skype (for the Mac) tell the audio output to go to Soundflower and sound-in should be your microphone (internal or external)
3.) Inside of Audio Hijack, my input device is Soundflower and my output device is headphones.

That's all we do--we recorded 3 Skype calls on the last show alone and 1 or 2 on the show before that.

I attempt to get to a few hot news stories of the day (between Skype calls) and even play a celebrity voicemail to Mr. X. I noticed you are using IndyMedia (http://radio.indymedia.org) to host your podcasts. But there is no mention or link to them on your site? Not that it is required but you do have AdWords links after all. ;)
