Help a newb out a bit, please?

Hello, im having a hard time getting my feed to get retrieved from the aggregators, Im using Feedburner, and would appreciate any advice you could give.... here is the feed.

try linking to your podcast (mp3 file) inside your post as opposed to linking it to the title. You can use Show Number One (http://home.fuse.net/eachnotesecure/Podcasts/Podcast%20%231%20EachNoteSecure.mp3) to do it.

Not sure if this is the problem or not. It may also be good to get into the habbit of not having spaces in your MP3 filename. If can cause some problems as well.
