I am teacher of ESL (English as a Second Language) to adults. I have been successfully using my ipod to use music to teach my advanced class English for a while. We use the Beatles' songs as well as other's to learn English. I want to branch out now and use podcasts in class. I would like things to stimulate conversation (controversial stuff) in my class or improve their listening comprehension (understanding). News programs would be good. Weather broadcasts would be good. commmentary on current events and human interest type stuff would all be good.
