I admit I've been confused by all these beds, sweepers, liners, stringers and stingers....

So I found this useful site that explains radio terminology...now I know!

I find it fascinating - notice how most of the terms are to do with broadcast audience figures and money? :D

Nothing wrong with used cans. Don't know who the Beeb is though.

I have nice new Sennheiser phones...but good 'cans' are not that expensive. Mics are.

Beeb = BBC.

Ahh.. communications barrier. I thought you were using "the Beeb"'s headphones. Now I feel enlightened!
