I have this album (i won't say the name of the band) that the band never released. I have had it for almost 3 years now. The band broke up like 2 weeks before the album release, so they never sold the cd. but, I have the album and I was wondering if it is "legal" to play on a podcast? I doubt it, but just asking. Thanks. :D

It's most likely not legal, even though it was never released, someone owns the rights to the album. You should try to track down a band member and send them an email, they'll let you know the deal.

I have already tried, but this band broke up like 2-3 years ago. O well, I will find some more music...
